Danna Shi graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and obtained her Master of Laws in 2020.  

Danna specializes in ligitation, general corporate matters, investment, and labor law. She has assisted many companies in litigation and arbitration with satisfactory results.

Danna also has expertise in the security law related legal matters. She has drafted and reviewed various documents for security companies.
