Mr. Yu Di joined SHANGHAI I-land Law Offices in 2022. Prior to joining SHANGHAI I-land Law Offices, he has worked at a brokerage firm, a multinational financial group, and a private equity firm, focusing on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, shareholder disputes, and general corporate matters.

Mr Yu Di has been focusing on corporate governance, equity and financial legal affairs for a long time. He combines legal and financial knowledge in the process of legal services, and is not limited to providing clients with conventional legal services, but is committed to helping clients design transaction structures, negotiate commercial terms, and resolve complex legal issues. In addition, he has been involved in a number of minority shareholder withdrawal, corporate governance, share incentive and M&A projects.
