Ms.Xu Jingjing graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law.

Ms.Xu's main areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and he specialises in handling disputes in the fields of corporate, real estate, investment and financing, and financial management.

Ms.Xu has been representing clients in various complex commercial contract disputes, corporate equity disputes, investment and financing disputes, financial management disputes, real estate co-development and lease-sale operation disputes, construction disputes and other dispute resolution cases for many years. In the field of corporate law, Ms.Xu has represented clients in disputes over equity transfer, equity repurchase, shareholders' damage to the company's interests, shareholders' right to know, and so on.
