Professor Wang Guohua is the lead lawyer of International Business and Maritime,Team of SHANGHAI I-LAND LAW OFFICES. She is also government legal advisor, arbitrator, mediator, distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Professor Wang has practiced maritime law, international commercial law and company commercial law for thirty years, is expert in handling major and complex commercial disputes and is renowned for her outstanding professional skills and extensive experience. The legal services she provides include foreign investment, shipping logistics, shipbuilding, international trade, finance and insurance, etc., as well as providing opinions and recommendations for major decisions of the relevant governments.
