Anna Yang is a senior associate at SHANGHIA I-ILAND LAW OFFICES. Ms. Yang graduated from East China University of Politics and Law with PHD Degree in Law and has been practicing law in China for more than twenty years.

Anna specializes in litigation, IPO and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in assisting both domestic and foreign investors in the operation, liquidation, and restructuring. She has acted as counsel for a number of companies on various corporate legal issues, including disputes between company shareholders, intellectual property protection and other corporate issues.  

Anna is an associate professor Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. She has rich experiences in handling civil disputes. She was also a visiting scholar at university of california, berkeley from August 1, 2018 to August 2019. 

In 2023, Anna was retained as a distinguished Professor of the Shanghai Courts by Shanghai High People's Court and as Legal Counsel of the People's Government of Hongkou District, Shanghai.
