Mr. Liu Bin is a senior partner and the director of SHANGHAI I-LAND LAW OFFICES, and also the director of the Law Firm Management Committee. He has a dual professional background in law and finance, and has 15 years of experience as a judge and lawyer. Meanwhile, Mr. Liu Bin is the winner of the excellent doctoral dissertation in Jiangsu Province, and the first Shanghai Wenzhou “Ten Outstanding Young Persons”.

Mr. Liu Bin has been focusing on company, equity, finance, real estate, tax-related and new economy legal affairs for a long time. He has handled many complex commercial dispute cases in the areas of companies, equity, investment and financing, finance, negotiable instruments, bonds and real estate, etc., including many major cases with subject amount of hundreds of millions of dollars or more than a billion. Many of the cases handled by him have been reported by People's Daily (Overseas Edition), People's Court Daily and China Securities Journal.
